About The Position

The Clinical Nurse III contributes to the creation of a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues. This role involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments and procedures, and documenting care. The nurse will order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, assess patient needs and responses to care, and apply sound nursing judgment. This position provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administers medications, and collaborates with the nursing team to develop and implement a Plan of Care. The Clinical Nurse III also directs and guides ancillary personnel and maintains professional nursing standards. This role may require access to sensitive information, including HIPAA Protected Health Information, and adherence to strict data protection policies.
