About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to provide high-quality nursing care to patients, using advanced clinical skills and demonstrating a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being. This full-time position involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.

The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established nursing standards and protocols; administer prescribed medications and treatments and monitor patient responses; and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and update individualized care plans. The role also includes educating patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care; maintaining accurate, timely documentation; participating in quality improvement initiatives; adhering to infection control policies; and mentoring junior nursing and support staff as needed.

Requirements

• Current and valid registered nurse (RN) license as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and patient-centered care.
• ACLS.

Responsibilities
