About The Position
Provides and coordinates independent care to patients within a clinical specialty as a fully effective and participative member of the multidisciplinary patient care services team. This role is considered the minimum role for nurses with more than 12 months of experience.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse licensure in Maryland, or eligibility to practice under Compact state agreements recognized by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
- Up-to-date status on all mandatory training and classes.
- One year of nursing experience.
- Solid knowledge and clinical skills.
- Diploma in nursing or an associate degree in nursing.
- Current BLS certification.
- Unit-based licensure as required for the role at the unit or department level.
- Maintain 10 contact hours of education every two years.
- Recent applicable clinical experience in a comparable setting.
