About The Position

At NorthBay Health, a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool provides safe, effective, quality, and excellent nursing care to patients, adhering to Jean Watson’s Theory of Caring, Relationship Based Care, and NorthBay’s professional nursing practice model. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for all assigned patients, utilizing a therapeutic professional relationship with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team to promote, maintain, and restore health. In this position, the RN may float to all nursing areas within the two hospitals, based on their individual competencies.

Competencies in various nursing areas to float effectively.

Responsibilities
