The Behavioral Assessment Response Team (BART) at St. Louis Children's Hospital assists in providing care for patients with complex behavioral health needs. The team floats throughout the hospital to provide education on escalation prevention, reviews and updates behavioral plans, establishes relationships, responds to CPI events, and much more! This is a full-time position with 36 hours per week, typically working three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with weekend and holiday rotations. The role is benefits-eligible and participates in the BJC Nursing Career Ladder, which empowers nurses to work at the top of their license and advance their careers through professional development, leadership, collaboration, education, and service excellence. Advancement on the ladder results in a percentage increase of current pay.
