Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in your licensed clinical discipline.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and business development teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping patients and families navigate their healthcare journey.
  • Current professional license in one of the following fields required: Registered Nursing (RN) Respiratory Therapy (RT) Physical Therapy (PT) Occupational Therapy (OT) Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)

Nice To Haves

  • Rehabilitation, LTACH, acute care, or healthcare marketing/business development experience preferred.
  • Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships within an assigned territory.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and representative of PAM Health to patients, families, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, nurses, and other referral partners.
  • Complete clinical assessments of prospective patients to determine appropriateness for admission.
  • Cultivate new referral opportunities and maintain existing referral relationships.
  • Analyze referral and admission trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team, including the Admissions Manager and admissions staff, to facilitate referral conversion and admissions.
  • Partner with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other internal teams to support a seamless transition of care.
  • Educate patients, families, and referral sources about PAM Health's programs, services, and clinical capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including physicians, ICU and floor nurses, case managers, discharge planners, payer representatives, patients, and families.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to support program development, quality improvement, and exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor patient and referral source satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the referral and admission experience.
  • Represent PAM Health professionally throughout the community and assigned territory.
