Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
2+ years’ experience as an Oncology Registered Nurse.
Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
Fluency in the English language to function in job environment appropriately.
Demonstrate knowledge of clinical guidelines (e.g. NCCN, AJCC, CoC) and specialty resources throughout the disease process.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Oncology Certified Nurse.
Must be willing to obtain within 1 year of employment.
Demonstrate knowledge of current computer systems, equipment or programs used in the organization, knowledge of Epic.
Bilingual.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates critical thinking, initiative and expertise in oncology.
Provide care coordination throughout the cancer continuum.
Coordinate and provide survivorship information for ongoing health and wellness according to the Commission on Cancer (CoC) standard requirements.
