About The Position

New Leaf Behavioral Health is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007, dedicated to expanding mental health access across Wake County and throughout North Carolina. They are seeking Full-Time Therapists (Fully Licensed or Associate) to join their growing hybrid practice. New Leaf aims to foster a supportive, collaborative environment that counters the isolation often found in private practice. A dedicated administrative team handles non-clinical tasks like credentialing, billing, and scheduling, allowing therapists to focus on patient care. Requirements

Licensed in North Carolina (LCMHC/LCMHCA LCSW/LCSWA, LMFT/LMFTA, LPA, or Psychologists).
Passion for working with a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, and adults.
Experience working with both private insurance and publicly funded plans.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical mental health therapy to a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, and adults.
Engage in virtual consultations and hallway discussions with a diverse team of clinicians.
Participate in internal continuing education and professional development tracks.
Focus entirely on clinical work, with administrative tasks handled by a dedicated team.
