The Center is seeking a Clinical Mental Health Manager to lead culturally responsive, trauma-informed behavioral health services for LGBTQQ youth ages 16–24, with a particular focus on young people who are unhoused, disconnected, or navigating major life transitions. This is a hands-on clinical and program leadership role. The Clinical Mental Health Manager provides crisis intervention, counseling, case management, referrals, and clinical consultation while partnering closely with the Youth Program, including Drop-in and Housing Navigation, and other Center departments to ensure coordinated, participant-centered care. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, experience serving LGBTQQ transitional-age youth, and a deep commitment to harm reduction, trauma-informed practice, and youth empowerment. This role is an opportunity to shape and strengthen behavioral health programming while directly supporting young people in accessing safety, stability, connection, and opportunity.
