Clinical Master Level Intern Spring Semester
About The Position
Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system seeking a Master's level therapist intern for a rural outpatient clinic. This full-time, non-paid internship position involves providing direct therapy services to a diverse clientele of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. The intern will be responsible for individual, family, and group therapy, performing initial assessments, maintaining treatment plans, and completing all clinical documentation. Previous mental health experience is preferred but not required. This role does not require weekend, holiday, or on-call duties.
Requirements
- Minimum education level of Bachelor's Degree and a student in good standing currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work.
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.

- Previous mental health experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family and group therapy as part of internship required by Master's program in counseling, marriage/family therapy, social work, or related field of study.
- Perform initial assessments, maintain treatment plans and complete all clinical documentation.
