About The Position

As our Clinical Marketplace Operations Manager, you will be the engine room of our clinical delivery model. You will oversee the day-to-day execution of our network lifecycle – from the initial setup of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), to matching of Physicians and APPs, to ensuring every provider is compliant, boarded, and operating within their contractual agreements. You will lead a growing offshore team, ensuring our operating system for the clinical workforce runs with precision, scalability, and high quality, while collaborating closely with our Implementation and Provider Experience teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider network management, or clinical workforce operations
  • Direct experience with provider credentialing, board submissions, or collaborative practice agreements
  • Familiarity with state-specific regulatory requirements governing APP and Physician practice
  • Experience managing remote or offshore teams, including workflow design and quality auditing
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity across complex operational systems
  • Strong process orientation - prior experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working across clinical, operational, and administrative teams

Nice To Haves

  • experience with credentialing platforms, EHRs, or practice management tools preferred
  • Background in healthcare administration, business operations, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily tactical workflow of prepping APPs and their associated matches, ensuring APPs are correctly set up for the matching process and maintain total data integrity – including billing configurations – within our systems from day one.
  • Optimize the placement of Physicians and APPs within our partner networks, ensuring the right Physician is matched with the right Enterprise or APP, expertly balancing clinical needs with regulatory requirements.
  • Own the end-to-end board submission process, including terminations, ensuring all regulatory requirements, state-specific mandates, and compliance items are met with 100% accuracy to mitigate risk.
  • Manage the lifecycle of collaborative practice and medical director agreements, being responsible for the seamless sending, execution, and tracking of these agreements to ensure clinicians are legally and operationally ready to practice.
  • Manage and mentor a dedicated offshore team, defining their workflows, auditing their outputs, and scaling their capabilities as our network grows.
  • Constantly look for ways to automate manual tasks within the matching pipelines in order to increase efficiency.
