About The Position
MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for their Myrtle Beach, SC Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides care to adult and geriatric clients in Horry County. The role involves upholding high professional, ethical, and safety standards, and utilizing leadership and mentoring skills to impact clients' lives positively. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Minimum of 1 year Home Health experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Myrtle Beach, SC.
- Supervise a team of field clinicians.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training for new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
- Be on call, including at least one weekend per month, with potential for more frequent on-call duties based on office needs.
