About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bethlehem, PA, Assistive Care team as a Clinical Manager. This role focuses on providing high-quality personal care and support services to clients in their homes. The position is ideal for an RN passionate about home care, clinical leadership, staff development, and care management, offering a blend of clinical practice and leadership responsibilities. As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee client care, develop caregivers, support field staff, and contribute to operational and clinical excellence. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse required.
  • Strong assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Passion for developing caregivers and supporting teams.
  • Desire to grow within a leadership-focused nursing role.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in the home setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, Private Duty, Case Management, or Community Health experience preferred.
  • Supervisory, Charge Nurse, Clinical Lead, Preceptor, or Nurse Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Visit geriatric clients and conduct nursing assessments in Bethlehem, PA, and surrounding areas.
  • Develop, manage, and oversee client care plans.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, families, caregivers, clinicians, and office staff.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Home Health Aides and field staff.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for caregivers, supporting their professional development.
  • Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • Participate in training, coaching, competency development, and in-service education programs for field staff.
  • Collaborate with office leadership to support staffing decisions, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Develop leadership skills for future advancement opportunities within BAYADA.
