About The Position
Right at Home is a growing home health company seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee nursing, therapy, and caregiving teams. The role involves ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations and CHAP standards while prioritizing high-quality client care. This position is crucial for supporting the company's expansion as more seniors choose to receive healthcare at home.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Iowa.
- Experience with OASIS completion and Medicare compliance for home health.
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing, therapy, and caregiving teams.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and CHAP standards.
- Provide the highest quality care to clients.
- Coordinate care between clients and nurses, therapists.
- Supervise Nurse Delegation program.
- Serve as liaison between clients and primary care providers while coordinating care.
- Receive referrals and assign to appropriate staff.
- Maintain compliance with Medicare regulations and CHAP standards.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Performance Improvement practices.
- Provide direct, high-quality care as needed to clients.
- Some travel required in Cedar Valley area.
