BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN or Physical Therapist) for our Exton, PA senior living office. This office provides best in class care to clients throughout Exton, PA and the surrounding areas. Requirements
- Must have 1 years of home health experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) with 2 or more years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Senior clients and conduct assessments in Exton, PA and other surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff
