The Clinical Manager oversees and supports daily clinical operations. This role is responsible for supervising clinical staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The Clinical Manager is a strong leader who can collaborate effectively with providers and administrative teams while maintaining efficient and compliant clinical processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working in a medical office or clinical setting required
• Familiarity with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred)
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, workflows, and best practices

Nice To Haves

• associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor Medical Assistants and clinical staff
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and ongoing performance development of clinical employees
• Manage hiring processes and conduct annual performance evaluations for clinical team members
• Monitor attendance, approve timecard adjustments, and manage PTO and overtime usage
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily workloads; provide clinical support as needed
