As Clinical Manager, you'll partner closely with an engaged leadership team and a highly collaborative staff. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
- 5-7 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills.
- Proven healthcare leadership experience with strong team management skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration abilities.
- A visible, engaged leadership presence with excellent follow-through.
- Experience leading employee development, performance management, and team engagement.
- The ability to navigate change, manage competing priorities, and drive results.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach.
- A systems-thinking mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the clinical specialty.
- Previous management experience in a healthcare setting (strongly preferred).
- Primary care or ambulatory clinic leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative leadership for Family Medicine and Vaccine Clinic services.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 40 employees, including RNs, Medical Assistants, Office Associates, and scheduling staff.
- Partner with physician leadership and key stakeholders to achieve quality, service, financial, and strategic objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Lead change management efforts and help implement new programs, pilots, and system initiatives.
- Collaborate with leaders across our primary care departments, including Family Medicine, General Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics.
