About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our Washington, DC office. This is an on-site position only with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Remote work is not available. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring staff, ensuring compliance, and driving quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN license required (DC license required; multi-state licensure a plus)
- Previous home health leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of OASIS, Medicare regulations, and Conditions of Participation
- Excellent clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or similar home health EMR preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical operations of the Washington, DC office
- Review OASIS assessments, plans of care, and clinical documentation
- Supervise and support nurses, therapists, and other field clinicians
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and accreditation standards
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor quality outcomes and assist with performance improvement initiatives
