About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia, PA Habilitation (I/DD) office as a Clinical Manager. This office provides high-quality, person-centered services to individuals of all ages throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding communities. If you are an experienced RN with a passion for clinical leadership, team development, and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, this could be the next step in your career. As a Clinical Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and support field staff while helping ensure clients receive exceptional care and services that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and staff
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of home care experience preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional, person-centered care
  • Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas
  • Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation
  • Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field staff
  • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for clinical staff
  • Conduct competency evaluations for new and tenured employees
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and education to field staff
  • Monitor quality of care and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a clinical resource for clients, families, and field employees
