About The Position
The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse responsible for managing and directing all patient care services and personnel within the NHC HomeCare Lewisburg agency. This role also involves overseeing agency operations in the absence of the Administrator/Director of Services. The agency is seeking an energetic and sharp RN who is passionate about helping people and committed to providing excellent care to meet patients' needs.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or compact state
- Minimum three years experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience (we like 6 months at least)
- Committed to helping meet patient goals
- Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
- Able to meet Background Screening requirements
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year’s supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and disciplining clinical staff
- Coordinating referrals and on-going care with patients, their caregivers and representatives, referral sources, physicians, clinicians, and internal agency staff
- Helping NHC HomeCare meet our patients' needs
- Providing care as needed, but mainly making sure we have the staff to provide that care
- Educating and monitoring care provided
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Administrator/Director of Services
