About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations and support the delivery of compassionate, excellent, and reliable home health care through our Montgomery PA Home Health office in Blue Bell, PA. This is an opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to shape team performance, develop clinicians, strengthen clinical quality, and make a meaningful difference for clients and families across Montgomery county. The Clinical Manager is primarily office-based, with occasional field visits to support client care and staff development.

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
  • At least two years of nursing experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, supervision, mentoring, or team-development experience.
  • Strong clinical assessment, care coordination, documentation, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to coach and develop clinicians while establishing clear expectations and accountability.
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications and electronic clinical documentation systems.
  • Ability to travel for occasional field visits within the office’s service area.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background, exclusion, competency, and pre-employment screening processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Home health and Medicare experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and support to field nurses and other home health clinicians.
  • Lead client assessments, care planning, case management, and coordination of care in accordance with physician orders, clinical standards, and BAYADA policies.
  • Review clinical documentation and field performance to promote accurate, timely, and high-quality care.
  • Guide clinicians in clinical judgment, client safety, treatment planning, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication.
  • Conduct supervisory and field visits as needed to observe care, confirm competency, support client outcomes, and coach team members.
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, orient, and develop clinical staff in partnership with office leadership.
  • Provide regular feedback, recognition, coaching, performance management, and professional development to field employees.
  • Partner with the Director and Client Services Manager to promote cohesive management of the office’s clinical team and caseload.
  • Monitor clinical quality, regulatory compliance, productivity, key performance indicators, and BAYADA process measures.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and help implement process changes that strengthen care delivery.
  • Serve as a client advocate and trusted resource for clients, families, referral sources, physicians, and office colleagues.
  • Represent BAYADA in community and professional activities as appropriate.
  • Maintain current knowledge of standards of practice, payer requirements, accreditation expectations, and applicable regulations.
