About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our Washington, DC office. This is an on-site leadership position with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Remote work is not available. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, solving problems, maintaining compliance, and helping teams achieve outstanding outcomes. You'll work alongside a dedicated group of healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional home health services throughout the Washington, DC region.
Requirements
- Active Washington, DC Registered Nurse License Required
- Strong Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare Regulations, and Conditions of Participation
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
Nice To Haves
- Multi-State Licensure Preferred
- Previous Home Health Leadership or Supervisory Experience Strongly Preferred
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Home Health EMR Preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations of the Washington, DC office
- Review OASIS assessments, plans of care, and clinical documentation
- Supervise and support nurses, therapists, and field clinicians
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, accreditation, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor quality measures and assist with performance improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to staff
