About The Position

The Clinical Manager will provide leadership, supervision, and strategic direction for a mobile crisis team delivering comprehensive behavioral health crisis intervention services in alignment with Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) guidelines. The Clinical Manager will be reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and will oversee a multidisciplinary team of bachelor's level social workers, peer support workers, and consulting clinicians.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related mental health field
  • Valid state professional Independent license in behavioral health
  • Minimum of 2 years direct experience in mobile crisis services
  • Minimum of 1 year in a management or supervisory role (negotiable)
  • Experience with trauma-informed care approaches
  • Demonstrated leadership in behavioral health crisis interventions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations
  • Strong emotional resilience
  • Capacity to make rapid, sound clinical judgments
  • Excellent stress management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and develop mobile crisis team staff; ensure adherence to CCBHC standards
  • Provide clinical oversight, case consultation, and documentation review
  • Maintain clinical protocols and support quality improvement and KPI monitoring
  • Build partnerships with emergency services, hospitals, law enforcement, schools, and behavioral health agencies; lead a community multidisciplinary crisis team
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, workflows, and resource/budget management
  • Support recruitment, on-boarding, and operational efficiency
  • Prepare reports, analyze service data, and maintain accurate clinical records, including grant‑related reporting.
