About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinical Manager for its Indiana Endoscopy Center-Avon. This leadership role is responsible for translating and achieving strategic priorities and outcomes, including quality and safety improvements, care affordability, and enhancing patient and team member experiences. The Clinical Manager will provide strategic vision and operational planning for their assigned unit, leading an inter-professional team to foster an environment of excellence in patient and organizational outcomes. This role also focuses on advancing nursing practice through evidence-based practices and professional nursing standards. This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday, with operating hours of the center from 7 AM to 4 PM, and the leader working either 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN). If bachelor degree not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN).
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.
• Endoscopy or perioperative experience is preferred.
