RN Clinical Manager
About The Position
Concierge Home Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a dedicated team of home health clinicians while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and clinical excellence. This role involves leading and mentoring a team, collaborating with executive and clinical leadership, and expanding patient access to high-quality care. The position utilizes AI-supported documentation tools and WellSky (Kinnser) EMR. The Clinical Manager will oversee clinical operations, ensure patients receive high-quality, compliant home health services, supervise and support home health clinical staff, review documentation for Medicare and regulatory compliance, monitor quality of care and patient outcomes, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, coach clinicians for professional development, and ensure agency policies and standards are followed. This is primarily an office-based, Monday-Friday leadership role.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
- At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations
Responsibilities
