About The Position

Health Link is a multi-branch home health organization serving the Bay Area. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the clinical operations of our growing South Bay branch. This role is responsible for the day-to-day clinical performance of the branch, including patient care, staff development, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and branch operations. The Clinical Manager works closely with executive leadership to support continued growth while maintaining exceptional clinical standards. This is an on-site leadership position based in our Milpitas office. The Clinical Manager serves as the senior clinical leader of the South Bay branch and is responsible for the overall performance of clinical operations. This role oversees clinical staff and collaborates with Intake, Scheduling, QA, and administrative support to ensure efficient operations, high-quality patient care, and achievement of established branch goals. The Clinical Manager is expected to foster accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence while supporting a positive and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • Active California RN license (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical operations
  • Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive performance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily clinical operations of the South Bay branch
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes
  • Monitor clinician productivity, utilization, and performance
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and accreditation requirements
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop clinical staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Manage clinical escalations, complaints, and service recovery
  • Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee quality improvement initiatives and clinical documentation standards
  • Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective action when needed
  • Promote compliance with agency policies and best practices
  • Coordinate with clinical staff, Intake, Scheduling, Quality Assurance, and administrative teams to support to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care
  • Monitor staffing needs and clinician utilization
  • Support branch growth while maintaining exceptional clinical standards
  • Promote effective communication across departments to ensure a seamless patient experience
