About The Position
Clinical Manager RN – Home Health 📍 Taunton, MA 💰 Up to $10,000 Clinical Leadership Bonus Nightingale Visiting Nurses is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with home health experience to join our team as a Clinical Manager in our Taunton, Massachusetts office. Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience strongly preferred
- OASIS experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support and supervision to field clinicians
- Conduct SOC, ROC, and Recertification visits when needed
- Review and approve OASIS documentation and care plans
- Ensure compliance with Medicare home health regulations
- Serve as liaison between patients, physicians, and clinical staff
- Assist with staff training, mentoring, and evaluations
- Participate in on-call rotation
