About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical RN Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Asheville, NC Adult Skilled Nursing & Pediatric office. This office provides best in class care to clients throughout the Asheville area. The role involves leading, inspiring, and motivating others to provide exceptional care, conducting client assessments in various surrounding areas, developing and overseeing care plans, and supervising nursing staff in the field. The position also includes facilitating new hire orientation and participating in training for new nurses and in-services for field staff. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Trach /vent experience or an interest in learning.
- Supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our clients and conduct assessments in Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Henderson and other surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise nursing staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.
- Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
