About The Position

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a dedicated team of home health clinicians in Sarasota, FL. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and clinical excellence. The Clinical Manager will oversee clinical operations, ensuring patients receive high-quality, compliant home health services.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting home health clinical staff
• Reviewing documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance
• Monitoring quality of care and patient outcomes
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Coaching clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence
• Ensuring agency policies and standards are consistently followed
