About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) Full-Time to lead our home health team. This role oversees clinical operations, ensures compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, and supports staff in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Utah
- Minimum 1-2 years home health experience required
- Strong knowledge of Medicare CoPs and home health regulations
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year leadership/supervisory experience preferred
- OASIS and EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nurses, therapists, and aides
- Ensure care is delivered per physician orders and individualized care plans
- Review documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance (OASIS experience preferred)
- Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state regulations
- Lead case conferences and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in audits, QA/PI initiatives, and survey readiness
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Monitor productivity, scheduling, and clinical performance
- Address patient and staff concerns promptly
