Housing Up is now one of the city’s largest homeless services providers and is a critical partner in the District’s plan to end family homelessness. Housing Up is a Housing First organization and is proud to be a critical partner in Mayor Muriel Bowser’s plan to make homelessness “rare, brief, and nonrecurring”. The PSH Clinical Manager is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality, clinically informed services across Housing Up’s PSH portfolio. This position oversees Case Manager Supervisors, provides clinical case consultations, supports staff in delivering trauma-informed, strengths-based services, and ensures program compliance with funder requirements, best practices, and organizational expectations. The Clinical Manager plays a critical role in maintaining service fidelity, driving performance outcomes, and fostering a supportive, accountable, and mission-aligned team culture. The Clinical Manager also assists the Director of Permanent Supportive Housing with administrative tasks related to program management.
