About The Position

Manages daily departmental operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities while supporting the development of departmental standards and objectives. Oversees staff performance, scheduling, development, recruitment, payroll, and engagement, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment. Ensures regulatory compliance, budget oversight, vendor and contract management, and the effective procurement and maintenance of systems, equipment, and supplies. Coordinates and evaluates patient care delivery using evidence-based practices, collaborating with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments, and providing direct patient care as needed. You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Current state RN license
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
  • Three years of leadership experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Five years’ experience in an acute care facility preferred
