Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Previous home care experience preferred
Experience supervising, mentoring, precepting, or supporting caregivers, nursing assistants, or other direct care staff preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home assessments and create individualized plans of care.
Provide guidance, oversight, and ongoing support to Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
Facilitate new hire orientation and provide ongoing training, competency evaluations, and in-services.
Act as the central point of communication between clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources.
Help ensure care delivery meets BAYADA standards, client expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
