  • Reliable transportation.
  • A natural leader who communicates with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance clinical quality with fiscal responsibility.
  • Comfortable presenting to both internal teams and external audiences.
  • Collaborative and adaptable across diverse teams and settings.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required to accommodate patient and staff needs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ABA data collection tools.
  • Ability to successfully complete and pass a Background and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop Your Team: Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, BTs, Apprentices, and more. Hold weekly 1:1s with BCBAs to support ongoing growth, share resources, and give meaningful feedback. Run monthly All-Staff meetings and foster open, transparent communication across the team. Champion a positive workplace culture — one rooted in Cultivate's mission and values. Mentor staff, resolve conflicts thoughtfully, and advocate for the resources your team needs.
  • Oversee Clinical Quality: Review treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) before submission to insurances. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations (at least every 6 months). Ensure all clinical documentation — supervision hours, billable notes, and authorizations — is accurate and submitted on time. Develop targeted training to address skill gaps and continuously elevate clinical standards.
  • Manage Operations: Set and review caseload assignments for BCBAs and RBTs. Collaborate with Intake and Outreach Coordinators to meet regional intake goals and onboard new clients smoothly. Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and within budget — and ensure in-home/community providers have what they need. Monitor authorized hours and work with BCBAs to maximize service fulfillment.
  • Build Family & Community Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for families at the start of services. Seek regular feedback from families and staff to continuously improve satisfaction. Represent the organization at public speaking and community networking events.
