What you’ll do as a Clinical Manager Assistant: Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the clinical leadership team. Workflow Optimization: Assist in streamlining clinical workflows, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining up-to-date patient records and files. Communication & Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between clinical staff, management, and other departments, helping to resolve issues and ensure timely information flow. Documentation & Compliance: Help maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to all HIPAA regulations and internal policies. Clinical Resource Management: Assist with managing clinical supplies, equipment, and resources to ensure the team has what it needs. Special Projects: Support clinical initiatives and projects as assigned, including data gathering, analysis, and report generation. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, scheduling software, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Medical Terminology: Basic understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare practices. High school diploma or GED equivalent; further education or certification in medical administration preferred.
