About The Position
Espirita is seeking qualified, empathetic, and resilient Social Workers to join multidisciplinary teams in Colorado’s inpatient psychiatric hospitals on a three-year contract. You’ll work directly with patients diagnosed with personality disorders and other complex mental health conditions, supporting their recovery through psychosocial assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Eligibility for U.S. licensure (e.g., LSW, LCSW, or equivalent)
- English proficiency (certification or native fluency)
- Minimum 24 months of recent clinical experience in mental health or social care
- Willingness to relocate to Colorado for a minimum of 3 years
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and risk evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and one-on-one interventions
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers
- Advocate for patient needs and coordinate community resources
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
- Promote recovery, dignity, and patient empowerment in a secure setting
