The primary responsibility for this full-time position is for referral source and census development for Berkshire Healthcare facilities during weekend business hours. Responsible for achieving the budgeted census and service mix levels for the affiliates assigned through effective relationships with referral sources, prospects and key influencers/decision maker, including the development of effective business partnerships with facility-based teams and marketing department peers.

Requirements

Successful experience of 2-5 years in a healthcare setting or healthcare sales setting, preferably LTC related
BS or MSW Social Work, LPN, RN or BSN, with 2 years working experience in long term care
Experience in sales or business development
Basic understanding of commercial insurances, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
Basic computer experience with Microsoft, Excel and clinical or sales software
Current license as RN, BSN, LPN or Social Worker required

Responsibilities

Achieve budgeted census and service mix levels for assigned affiliates through effective relationships with referral sources, prospects, and key influencers/decision-makers.
Develop effective business partnerships with facility-based teams and marketing department peers.
