About The Position

As an RN Clinical Leader at Ohioans Home Healthcare, you will be responsible for the clinical performance of an assigned geographical area, focusing on the clinical suitability of plans of care and ensuring clinical best practices are being applied. This person will serve as the clinical resource for the clinicians in their assigned region, assisting to implement the clinical aspects of the regions goals and objectives. Ohioans Home Healthcare is a Medicare and Medicaid Certified and CHAP-accredited skilled home health care agency serving 34 counties in Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Requirements

Must have a Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
At least, two (2) years management experience preferred
Home care experience preferred
Must have the ability to travel within the assigned region with some overnight travel required
Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education
Strong problem solving skills, taking ownership and acting with a sense of urgency to reach goals and objectives
Excellent communication and organizational skills
