We are seeking a Clinical Lead Supervisor of Early Intervention to join us at Ivy Rehab for Kids in the Philadelphia / Southeastern, PA region. Candidates should be licensed pediatric Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist. In this role you will oversee EI staff and coordinate with contract representatives in Lehigh, Northampton, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Lancaster, and Berks Counties, and a few additional locations. Requirements

  • Must hold a degree in the clinical field of physical, occupational, or speech therapy
  • Excellent customer service skills and pleasant disposition.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Good computer skills and comfort level with computers, including PD Registry, excel and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Core understanding of Early Intervention and state funding.
  • Effective and efficient time management skills.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with patients and to document clearly to meet reimbursement requirements.
  • The employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
  • The employee is required to stand most of their working hours; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients may involve lifting up to 100 pounds.
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred minimum of 3 years' experience as a PT, OT or SLP clinician

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, onboarding, orientation of Early Intervention teammates.
  • Provide direct supervision to EI teammates and provide clinical support for teammates as needed through our mentorship program.
  • Ensure that county regulatory requirements are met and maintain the integrity of our training databases.
  • Provide direct EI treatment for your own (physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy) caseload (approximately ½ of your time) and provide staff coverage for direct reports as needed.
