About The Position

Join RAMC as a Clinical Lead RN and play a key role in supporting our Outpatient Wound, Infusion, and Chemotherapy Clinics. This 16-hour-per-week position offers the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise, mentor staff, and help drive quality patient care in a collaborative setting. The Clinical Lead RN provides frontline clinical leadership and operational support within the department and is expected to function independently at a high level while exercising strong clinical judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. This role partners closely with the Nursing Director to support daily workflow, patient care coordination, and clinical decision-making while promoting quality, safety, and efficient department operations.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
• BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications required.
• Meets health requirements.
• Two years of acute care experience required.
• Wound Care Certification (WCC); if not certified must obtain within 2 years of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Chemotherapy experience preferred.
