Visit us online at https://bhconnections.org Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dynamic and talented Clinical Lead Therapist to join the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.The Clinical Lead has the responsibility of providing assistance to the Clinical Director, leading and supporting a team of mobile assessors while overseeing call center workflows to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Nursing Degree or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
  • Current license in state as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (“LMFT”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”), or Registered Nurse (“RN”).
  • Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Required 3-5 years of similar experience / Leadership experience

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred 5-8 years of similar experience

Responsibilities

  • Duties include support with review of clinical assessment/referral documentation
  • filing of involuntary commitment paperwork (where applicable)
  • Daily communication with referral sources regarding patient case status
  • Assistance with interviews, new hire orientation and training of Clinical Assessment Team Evaluators in workflow processes and procedures.
  • Additional duties include help with team scheduling, payroll and daily reports.
