$110,000 - $140,000Hybrid

About The Position

League is a rapidly growing technology company and a leader in the healthcare experience platform industry. The company aims to bridge the gap in healthcare delivery where patients often fail to complete follow-up actions, leading to suboptimal health outcomes and increased costs for health plans and systems. League's platform addresses this by identifying necessary next steps for individuals, removing obstacles, and ensuring completion for over 70 million people. Prominent organizations like Manulife, SCAN, Geisinger, Medibank, Baptist, and Shoppers Drug Mart utilize League's services. This specific role is a 16-month fixed-term position where the Clinical Lead will leverage their clinical expertise to design League's platform across various solution areas. The goal is to ensure that the platform's design is clinically sound, safe for members, and commercially viable for regulators and customers. The solutions span areas such as Providers, AI Agents, Health Engagement, and Member Portal. Key contributions will involve clinical safety and governance, agentic capabilities, clinical design, and clinical review. The role requires close collaboration within the Health Solutions team and cross-functionally with Solution Owners, User Research, Product Developers, Client Solutions, and Growth teams.
