Requirements

• Associates Degree in MLS. Certificate training program at an approved school for Clinical Laboratory Technician level training leading to state licensure
• Florida Clinical Laboratory license (TN)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Responsibilities

• Work closely with and under the guidance of a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform diagnostic laboratory procedures.
• Perform laboratory testing accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Exercise limited independent judgment while following established laboratory policies and procedures.
• Assist with routine diagnostic testing to support quality patient care.
• Operate under the supervision of a Laboratory Technologist, Laboratory Supervisor, or Laboratory Director.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all assigned duties.
