About The Position

The Clinical Laboratory Scientist Generalist (CLS-G) is accountable to the Administrative Director of the laboratory or a laboratory supervisor. The CLS-G works cooperatively with the Laboratory Director, laboratory supervisors, pathologists, and fellow employees to provide high-quality laboratory services for patients of all ages, from infants to geriatric patients. The role performs high-complexity procedures throughout the clinical laboratory, exercises independent judgment, and may assist in the blood bank.
