About The Position

The Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist is a Licensed Medical Technologist whose primary responsibilities are to train others, perform laboratory testing on patients samples, review QC and perform troubleshooting as needed. In this capacity, the Lead CLS performs the pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical and is responsible for quality control, equipment maintenance and all reporting and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum five years (5) years of experience as a Medical Technologist, or Licensed Clinical Scientist - Generalist, with one (1) year lead/leadership experience.
• Bachelor degree in Biological Science.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Clinical Lab Scientist-CA(CLS).

Nice To Haves

• Over three (3) years of lead/leadership experience.
