This role is for a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in Victorville, CA, with a salary range of $2,128.14 - $2,913.12 per week (base gross), based on a 36-hour (3x12-hour) schedule; equivalent to $50.67 – $69.36 per hour.
Requirements
- ASCP certification, or equivalent, required
- Requires one year of clinical laboratory work experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in chemical, physical, biological science, or Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution, or other educational requirements as stated in CLIA
- Requires current and valid California State License.
Responsibilities
- Supervise section operations and staff performance
- Ensure accuracy of test results and quality control standards
- Maintain regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements
- Oversee quality assurance, policies, and procedures
- Perform laboratory testing using manual and automated methods
- Support equipment maintenance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with medical staff and leadership as a technical resource
- Complete additional duties as assigned
