Requirements
- Advanced Degree MD or PhD or alternative route to obtaining a NYSDOH Certificate of Qualification
- New York State Certificate of Qualification for Laboratory Directorship
- 2+ years in a hospital-based clinical laboratory or reference laboratory.

Responsibilities
- Proven work experience as a Clinical Laboratory Director or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Experience with quality assurance and health and safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with automated laboratory systems.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
