Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • CLIAFE – must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.
  • 6 months’ experience as a phlebotomist is highly preferred.
  • PBT (ASCP) – Phlebotomy Technician preferred upon hire.
