About The Position
The Clinical Lab Scientist works in a laboratory setting and may float to cover the Observation Unit, which serves ER hold patients. Weekend work varies according to department needs. The facility permits scrubs, but not jeans or logo T-shirts; business-casual attire is also acceptable. The position is listed with an ASAP start date. Travelers may request no more than seven days of time off.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
- A California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license must be in hand; pending licenses are not accepted.
Responsibilities
- Perform work as a Clinical Lab Scientist in the laboratory.
- Float to cover the Observation Unit for ER hold patients.
- Work weekends as needed to meet department requirements.
