Requirements
- Functions with general directions from senior technical personnel.
Responsibilities
- Performing routine laboratory tests and may include some technically complex assays.
- Operating and maintaining test equipment.
- Performing and documenting QC.
- Training of non-laboratory testing personnel.
- Recognizing and responding to problems.
- Verifying and reporting test results.
- General support functions necessary for the routine operation of the laboratory.
- Performs all job duties with sensitivity and attention to the developmental issues of the patient population(s) being served.
